Ingredients:
Ripe banana - 3
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 4 tsps
Ghee - 4 tsps
Cardamom powder - a small pinch
Cashew nuts - 2 tsps
Raisins - 1 tsps
Directions:
- Cut the bananas into small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pan add raisins,cashew nuts and grated coconut and fry for 3 mins.Then add banana pieces and cardamom powder into it and fry for 5 minutes.
